Nobody likes to be alone at Christmas but, unfortunately, many people are too often left without friends or family members on Christmas Day. But one Gort woman has single-handedly taken on the task of bringing people together.
Amanda Anderson has been organising Christmas dinner in Gort for five years now, inviting those who are alone and those who are feeling lonely to come together on Christmas Day for a delicious, home-cooked dinner.
